1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PhotoMesh, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and security.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Service Scope

PhotoMesh provides tools to convert product photos into 3D assets and related outputs (including optimization variants, print-ready settings, and sharing/embedding flows). Features may evolve over time.

4. Credits, Plans, and Billing

• Paid plans and credit packs are billed as described on the Pricing page.
• One credit equals one model generation request.
• A credit is charged for every generation request, including cases where the result does not match your intended style, quality expectation, or use case.
• Subscribers may purchase credit packs at any time.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store full card data.
• Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once credits are consumed or a billing period begins.

5. User Content and License

• You retain ownership of photos, assets, and content you upload to PhotoMesh.
• You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transform your content solely to provide and improve the service.
• You confirm you have the rights and permissions required to upload and process your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use PhotoMesh for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass platform protections.
• Abuse automation or volume in a way that degrades service for others.

7. Intellectual Property

The PhotoMesh platform, branding, software, and service materials are owned by PhotoMesh or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Termination

You may stop using PhotoMesh at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

PhotoMesh is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where PhotoMesh is established, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
