How to Request a Refund

- Include your order confirmation and reason for the refund.
- Attach a screen recording or video clearly demonstrating the issue.
Once submitted, our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria or are deemed to be fraudulent or abusive.
